USAGE RIGHTS

This License Agreement applies to all purchasers of photos, posters, graphics, vectors, filters, or other digital and physical products purchased from www.sandroscherrer.com. It outlines how this content may be used. By purchasing or downloading content from www.sandroscherrer.com, the person (whether legal or natural) purchasing or downloading the photos and/or other products expressly agrees to the terms of this agreement. Any order and related purchase of content are subject to these license terms.

 

1. License Type

When you purchase an image, you receive an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, copy, modify, distribute, display, and use the image for both personal and/or commercial purposes. You may use the image without the need to credit the photographer or seek additional permission.

2. Restrictions

The usage license is personal and non-transferable. It is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties. Reselling, transferring, or distributing the image as a standalone product (e.g., on other stock platforms or as a print) is strictly prohibited. Additionally, using the image in an unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate manner (such as in defamatory, offensive, or pornographic contexts) that violates applicable laws or infringes upon third-party rights is not permitted.

3. Copyright

The copyright of the image remains with the photographer. The license grants usage rights only, not ownership rights. Attribution is required for editorial use, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Exclusion of Liability

The photographer accepts no liability for any legal infringements that may arise from the use of the image, including, but not limited to, violations of personal rights or trademark rights.

 

5. Governing Law

Swiss law exclusively applies. The jurisdiction is the photographer's place of business.
